DEFINITIONS

“Services” means professional makeup artistry, beauty appointments, bridal services, on-site makeup services, lessons, virtual guidance, or any service booked with Noor Yasin.

By using this Site, booking with us, or receiving our Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. BOOKING TERMS, PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

You represent that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to book Services.

Deposits & Payments:
• All appointments may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
• Deposits are applied toward the total service cost.
• Remaining balances must be paid before or at the time of service.

Refund Policy:
Because our Services are time-based and reserved specifically for you, all deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
• Cancelling an appointment forfeits your deposit.
• Rescheduling may be permitted depending on availability, but is not guaranteed.
• No-call/no-shows may result in being prohibited from booking future Services.

Chargebacks/Disputes:
By booking, you agree not to dispute charges. Any attempted chargebacks must be canceled immediately.
You are responsible for all fees associated with chargebacks, disputes, or collection efforts.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
You agree not to duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of our Content or Services without written permission.

Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and may not always be complete or up to date.
Your use of the Site and Services is at your own risk.

Any misuse of the account or platform can result in removal without refund.

Violation of this may result in immediate service termination without refund.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Content on this Site—including images, text, makeup looks, photos, branding, and educational materials—is owned by Noor Yasin and protected by copyright.

You may not:

If your makeup appointment requires travel to your location:

• Parking fees must be covered by client
